Refunds
A withdrawal from a class with 3 business days’ notice prior to the start of the first session will result in a 50% refund of tuition fee.
In all other cases, fees are non-refundable.
Credit and/or refund is not given for sessions missed. It is the student’s responsibility to attend all sessions booked and paid for.
From September 2022, fees will be going up to $65+GST per class, payable monthly in advance.
Fees should be paid before the first of the month.
If you know in advance that you will be away for any of the dates in your scheduled classes, please advise me of these planned absences, and do not pay for those dates.
This is very important for my lesson planning and room set-up, as well as allowing students into your spot, in case they need to make up a class from their own unplanned absences.
In the case of unplanned absences, due to sickness etc. please give me 24 hours’ notice.
With 24 hours’ notice, we will arrange a make-up class on another day of the week during the current month or during the immediate following month, space permitting.
Credits will no longer be given.
Less than 24 hours’ notice means that your lesson will be forfeited. However, notice is still required.
No-shows will result in termination with the atelier.
